Getting Support

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to live. Whatever your needs may be, we are here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and here we treat the whole person with a holistic health approach.  In our sessions we promote full integration of your body (your feelings and actions), mind (your thought process) and soul (your inner most essence which enlivens you) by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. We have the tools and professional experience to help you become your "Ideal Self."

Client Stories

"I enjoyed my sessions so much that I began to bring my 2 teenage daughters. They also love it as much I do. I don't just feel like Rebecca is my therapist, I feel like I'm talking to my sister that tells me the truth, challenges my thinking all while hoping for the best for me and my family."
